At Zingara, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a seamless refund process.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring all original designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
